Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

• Standard ($15): 3–5 business days, contiguous US.
• Express ($25): 1–2 business days, contiguous US.

Tracking

You'll get a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking is also available from your account dashboard.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 days, or the carrier marks the package delivered but you haven't received it, contact support@araratpeptides.com and we'll open a trace with the carrier.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email support@araratpeptides.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Returns

Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final and products are non-returnable once shipped. The only exceptions are the damaged/incorrect cases above.

International shipping

International orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes. The recipient is responsible for any import fees and for ensuring the compounds are legal to import in their jurisdiction. Tracking may stop updating once the package leaves the US carrier network.

Restricted destinations

We do not ship to jurisdictions where the sale or import of research peptides is restricted. Orders to restricted addresses will be cancelled and refunded in full.
