Are these products for human use?
No. All products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and development. They are not for human or animal consumption, diagnostic, therapeutic, or cosmetic use.
How are your peptides tested?
Every lot is verified by independent third-party HPLC analysis for purity and identity, with additional sterility and endotoxin testing where applicable. Certificates of analysis (COA) are available on each product page.
How fast do you ship?
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping arrives in 3–5 business days within the contiguous US. Express shipping is available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to most countries. The buyer is responsible for any import duties and for confirming the legal status of research peptides in their jurisdiction.
How do I store research peptides?
Lyophilized peptides should be stored at -20°C in a sealed container, protected from light. Reconstituted peptides should be stored at 4°C and used within 30 days, or aliquoted and stored at -80°C for longer-term stability.

Can I return an order?
Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final. Damaged or incorrect orders are eligible for replacement — contact support within 7 days of delivery.
