Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping arrives in 3–5 business days within the contiguous US. Express shipping (1–2 days) is available at checkout.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. You can also view tracking from your account dashboard.

Returns

Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final and products are non-returnable. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support@araratpeptides.com within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange replacement or refund.

International shipping

International orders may be subject to local customs duties. The recipient is responsible for any import fees and for ensuring the compounds are legal to import in their jurisdiction.

Restricted destinations

We do not ship to jurisdictions where the sale or import of research peptides is restricted. Orders to restricted addresses will be cancelled and refunded.
